Shipping policy

We offer shipping in the United States via UPS and UPSP. International Shipping is offered via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping service selected at checkout and the destination.

Digital Products and Gift Cards will be sent via email to the e-mail address used at checkout.

Most of our products are made-to-order. Current order processing times are listed in the banner of our home page. Refer to this banner for an approximate ship date for orders placed today. This is not a guarantee and Ravenlore Goods is not liable for processing times longer than our estimate.
